Lemony Shrimp

Light and garden-fresh this shrimp and zoodles will be a guaranteed hit!

1 lb shrimp

2 tablespoons butter

1 clove garlic, minced

1 clove garlic, minced

Juice of half a lemon

1 pack cherry tomatoes

1 pack of ready made zucchini noodles (or two zucchinis spiralized)

Sea salt and pepper

Basil leaves



  • Season the shrimp and cook them in butter in a medium skillet for around 2-3 minutes until they turn opaque (which means they're cooked)
  • Gently stir in the garlic and lemon juice
  • Remove shrimp from pan and reserve on a plate
